Los Angeles, CA-Supermodel Heidi Klum relaunched her fine jewelry line at high-end fashion store Theodore at The Grove on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 with a red carpet cocktail event. More than 100 pieces from the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad were on display as Heidi posed for waiting photographers and television crews.
Now in its third year, the collection is based on Heidi's lucky charm: a four-sided clover design that she discovered in the Duomo in Italy while on vacation. Created in 18-karat gold, diamonds and gemstones, the collection has been seen on celebrities including Eva Longoria, Naomi Campbell and Kimberly Stewart.
Enjoying hors d'oeuvres from Sushi Roku and cocktails from Bombay Sapphire, guests including Lisa Rinna (Dancing with the Stars), Don Sterling (owner of the Los Angeles Clippers), and Samantha Harris (Dancing with the Stars) viewed pieces from the collection.
According to Pascal Mouawad, U.S. Director of Mouawad, "The Heidi Klum Collection has been a success from the start, and we are thrilled to now be in our third year. We are always coming up with new designs to keep the collection fresh, and Heidi's amazing personal sense of style insure that we stay ahead of the fashion curve."
