Mouawad jewelers gift 'Best Actresses' with a lucky charm from the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad

New York-When Heidi Klum had the vision for her fine jewelry line with famed design house Mouawad, the shape that became her signature was no accident. Once she spotted a four-sided clover in a design at the Duomo in Milan, Italy, she knew that it would become her lucky charm.

Now, Mouawad wants to share that bit of luck with the five 2006 Academy Award Best Actress nominees by gifting each woman with a signature 18-karat yellow gold pendant dotted with a diamond. The design, part of the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad, is just one piece of the line that is sold at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many fine independent jewelers across the country.

"I hope that Heidi's lucky charm can also be a bit of good fortune for each one of the very talented actresses nominated this year," Pascal Mouawad, head of Mouawad USA, explains. Heidi herself chose to wear one-of-a-kind clover designs from the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad when she attended the 2005 Primetime Emmy Awards for the nomination of Bravo's "Project Runway" on which she is an Executive Producer.
