One-of-a-kind cuff, earrings and ring were created specially for the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad for the Project Runway nomination

Hollywood, CA-After giving birth to her second child less than a week ago, supermodel and television star Heidi Klum was red-carpet-ready for the primetime Emmy Awards that aired live on Sunday, September 18.

As new baby Henry and daughter Leni rested comfortably with husband Seal, Heidi stunned onlookers in a spectacular suite of 18-karat gold and diamond jewelry created specially for the Emmy ceremony for the Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad.

Designed with Heidi's clover motif in the forefront, the pieces were bold yet feminine. Her cuff bracelet, made of three interlocking clovers in 18-karat yellow gold and diamonds, is valued at $18,400. Her oversized clover hoop earrings, decked in dazzling diamonds, are valued at $12,800. The ring-made of 18-karat gold, mother of pearl and diamonds-retails for $5,300.

In addition to her stunning jewelry parure, Heidi wore a colorful Christian Dior dress and shoes by Christian Louboutin. She carried a Moo Roo clutch.

In its first season on cable channel BRAVO, hit series Project Runway earned an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program. Heidi Klum, host, is also an executive producer on Project Runway.
