Handcrafted over 550 hours by Mouawad's master artisans in 18-karat white gold, the necklace is set with 360 round brilliant and 20 pear brilliant white diamonds totaling 76.04 carats, surrounding a 62.89-carat cushion-shaped, unheated blue Sri Lankan sapphire.
